I’m an approachable motivated person who has a bubbly personality and can maintain a conversation with all ages and personalities. I have worked in several years of construction, freight forwarding, and hospitality with the catering industries. I have gained a lot of knowledge dealing with many types of personalities, with strength in customer relations.

I have always approached tasks with a ‘can-do’ attitude.

I’m currently seeking a new direction in my career with an opportunity in a customer service-focused role that will challenge me with ongoing responsibility and the knowledge I have received so far within my working experience.

The branch would benefit from the skills gained and what I have to offer. I'm a quick learner and pick systems up very easily.

I believe that you work to get the job done so the branch can strive and reach targets to meet. I pride myself on always keeping busy, and finding work to present the store and merchandise efficiently to a high standard. I understand that businesses look to maximise efficiency and profitability, so working as a team can achieve a goal to make targets and KPIS within the branch network.

I enjoy working as part of a team, have excellent interpersonal skills and build positive relationships with people. I often work under pressure and can meet deadlines efficiently and effectively. I can work independently when required.

This comes down to always having great customer service but also forming great relationships with the regular locals who come down, especially on my shift to get a great cup of coffee and walk out with a smile to start their day.
