  • Supported owners with start up of centre which comprised of recruiting employees, creating a local curriculum, implementing policy and procedures, communicating with resource suppliers curating learning environments for all ages.
  • Liaised with Ministry of Education to successfully obtain probationary and full license.

  • Support and mentored 16 kaiako, and support staff as well as a pool of relievers for the centre
