Responsibilities:

• Analyzing tender drawings to identify discrepancies among architectural, civil and structural, and mechanical and electrical works, while preparing tender questionnaires and comprehending the tender clarifications for documentation purposes.
• Preparation of quantity take-off and development of the Schedule of Quantities.
• Procurement duties encompass the budgeting for all tasks, soliciting quotations for subcontracted work, and assessing and comparing costs prior to awarding contracts for subcontract packages.
• Identify and obtain competitive quotes, materials, and samples while overseeing the procurement process and managing cost control throughout both the pre-contract and post-contract phases.
• Preparation and executing a sub-contract with the selected vendor.
• Manage progress claims and payments, variations, and the finalization of accounts.
• Collaborate effectively with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Execute additional responsibilities related to quality assurance.

Projects:

• Warehouse, Shophouse and Luxury Residential Building (Coordination Language- English.)

Responsibilities:

• Conducting quantity take-offs and preparing cost estimates for project tender submissions.
• Participating in tender interviews, evaluating the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for value engineering, and addressing tender questionnaires.
• To source for suppliers and sub-contractors for a quotation for tendering as well as ongoing project.
• Compiling additional relevant documents such as Schedule of Rates (SOR), Schedule of Technical Data (SOTD), and project master schedule.
• Preparing and submitting progress claims to clients, along with monthly updates to the progress claim report.
• Ensure precise measurement of quantities to facilitate the preparation of progress payment claims, variation orders, extensions of time (EOT) claims, and payments to subcontractors and suppliers, including final account settlements.
• Execute additional responsibilities related to quality assurance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue quotations, which entails the analysis and assessment of costs associated with tenders, as well as the negotiation and awarding of subcontracts.
• Manage vendor payment and prepare payment certificates.
• Participating in site inspections and coordination meetings to ensure quality and timely project completion with no accidents.
• Update daily progress reports, as well as weekly and monthly reports.
• Preparation progress claim to submit client along with progress report.
• Evaluation of variation orders and submit to client including final account.
• Execute additional responsibilities related to quality assurance.
