As an ECE teacher, I have worked in the following centers over the period of 14 years, along with the 1 term I worked as a new entrance teacher.

As an ECE Teacher across various centres my job responsibilities included:

1.Building strong relationship with children focussing around sense of belonging and well-being.

2.Planning activities to meet the diverse needs of the varied age groups including infants, toddlers and young children.

3.Indoor and outdoor set ups are planned to promote curiosity, and active exploration that develops both gross and fine motor skills in a safe environment.

4 Responding to the needs of children, their questions, assisting them to articulate and extend ideas, provide opportunities for problem solving , predicting and be enthusiastic about finding answers together.

5.Daily programme planning to promote spontaneous play, practicing skills for individual or in small groups and leading to gradual development of independent skills including feeding, toileting and dressing. 

6.Maintaining relationships with parents to communicate information about children's growth and development and the value of play.

7.Keep attending professional developmental courses to gain further knowledge and skills .
