He also project managed the construction of a water reservoir and associated pipeline at the Wilmers Road Pump Station. This project is an example of Kieran’s expertise in development of detailed methodologies and ability to integrate innovative thinking with practical construction expertise. Construction of the reservoir and steel pipework was completed successfully, including extensive chlorination and bacto testing so the facility could be accepted by Christchurch City Council and water allowed enter the reticulation system.
