• Working on this vessel provided insight into how challenging yet rewarding the fishing industry can be
• I developed a passion for this industry, and a clear understanding of the resilience required to work in environment that is constantly changing, with a diverse range of people, roles and work settings
• Driving the Baader machine and hand filleting fish quickly teaches you how to work fast, and the importance of being physically fit.

• Every interaction with a Customer at KFC leaves an impact and impression, within a small timeframe to do this in a positive and constructive way
• Quality customer service is an integral part of this role, working quickly and efficiently so the that customer has what they need and are able to get on with their day
• When required I can diffuse a situation quickly by providing solutions and alternatives for what our customers want.
