Experience working individually and as part of a team in a corporate environment providing customer support and massage services. Answering the phone, filing, data entry using Microsoft Word, carefully recording client information into an online booking system, taking payments from clients, creating invoices, and internet banking. Scanning documents and patient filing. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and multi task. Ability to work well in a multi- disciplinary team. Excellent computer skills including MS office suite, scheduling and clinical notes software. Detail-oriented professional with a strong background in allied health support. Expertise in effective communication, time management, and organizational skills, contributing to patient engagement and successful rehabilitation outcomes.
