For the past 19 years, I have been working with data to transform it in ways that make it meaningful to the customer. I am currently employed at Plumbing World as a Data Quality Analyst. In this role, I have worked on a data migration team, ensuring that the data being transferred from the current ERP system to Microsoft Dynamics 365 is accurate and complete. I have also been involved with the Reporting team, updating and developing reports, and working in the Azure Synapse pipeline to move data to the new data platform, ensuring it is available for the new reporting system. Prior to Plumbing World, I was employed with the Ministry of Social Development as a Performance and Reporting Analyst. The analysis I provided directly impacted decisions regarding several social welfare programmes, including the growing housing crisis in New Zealand. Before that, I worked with high-stakes standardised assessments for Data Recognition Corporation, a US-based company. My work contributed to teachers' ability to help students achieve academic success and meet graduation requirements. My primary goal in every project is to deliver value to the customer by connecting with them and collaborating to solve problems and transform their data into something that provides meaning and clarity. My technical skills have primarily been acquired through on-the-job training and self-guided instruction. I am always open to learning and expanding my skill set and am eager to take on new challenges.
