I am looking for full time work in the role of Chef in the hospitality, tourism and recreation industry.I am reliable, punctual and hard working person who studied Diploma in International Cookery and patisserie (level 5) Working in A la Cart Restaurants, bars,Cafe and Retirement villages has strengthened my culinary abilities, my personal work ethic and made me understand and consider how teamwork one of the most important factors within a kitchen brigade. All these Experiences have contributed to my skill set and developed my character in the kitchen as a chef; my daily motivation helps me strive to learn new cooking techniques, methods of cookery and food knowledge from more experienced professional chefs.
