3 year ongoing kitchen hand/chef assistant. Able to meet standards of the head Chef with efficiency and detail. I keep motivated as well as asking as many questions as I can to get as much information for a task to ensure it's carried out properly without any setbacks/do-overs. I knew how to both work out front with customer service and in the kitchen with cleaning/prepping orders and daily stock take. While also making sure everyone in the shop was safe and satisfied. It was very easy to make connections with customers and get to know them to make their experience more relaxed and warm.

I strive to create a relaxed and calm workplace for both staff and customers; I find it to be the best way to work with no stress and panic. Even in our busy hours of the job.
