An experienced educator and Master of TESOL holder, fully funded by a New Zealand government scholarship, I bring over eight years of teaching, evaluation, and curriculum development experience. I have a passion for fostering inclusive, equitable education systems and am committed to contributing to the improvement of New Zealand's education landscape. With a strong foundation in educational assessment, classroom management, and differentiated instruction, I am dedicated to enhancing learning outcomes for all students. My long-term goal is to pursue a PhD in Educational Psychology to further contribute to the evolving educational landscape around the world.
I am committed to lifelong learning, and after completing my Master's, I plan to pursue a PhD in Educational Psychology. My long-term goal is to contribute to New Zealand’s education system, using insights from teaching methods, learning styles, and the ever-evolving curriculum. I am dedicated to giving back to the country that has supported my academic journey.
I believe that education should be grounded in inclusivity, equity, and the pursuit of lifelong learning. My philosophy centers on creating diverse, supportive learning environments where all students can thrive. I am committed to continuous self-reflection and adopting new approaches that benefit both educators and students.
