As an owner-operator, I ran all the day-to-day operations, from ordering and preparing stock, advertising, bookkeeping, and managing staff.

I have really enjoyed running my own business and building it up, but unfortunately, my body cannot handle the food industry, and I have three busy kids. I do love the customer service side; it was always rewarding with positive feedback on the great food and service.

I have been in the food industry for over 20 years, starting as a qualified baker, then moving into managing a new business, Miss Cocoa, for a year, and then heading into Gore to gain more experience and food knowledge in the industry, eventually becoming an owner. I am always driven in any job I take and love dealing with people.
