• Provide monthly portfolio performance data for the company’s website, review quarterly portfolio insights and ensuring performance data pretax and post-tax and fees are properly stated
• Review monthly trustee accounts
• Provide trustee required accounting information including cash balances, management accounts, counterparty derivatives month end statements
• Involve in daily review of pricing, portfolio attributions, taxation, reconciliation and corporate actions

• Led Daily Pricing function in accounting team, which includes reviewing daily portfolio accounts prepared by CITI (Singapore/KL) accounting team; ensuring valuations for shares, bonds, futures, swaps, options and etc are free from material errors; ensuring unit reconciliations, bank reconciliations are done properly; overseeing other areas e.g taxattion, compliance, cash flow and etc.; Correcting pricing errors
• Analyzing daily portfolio attributions as part of the daily pricing review, which involves checking returns to indexes and etc
• Participating in new accounting structure design for the internally built IT system (Point), testing accounting functions and controls, testing pricing functions and controls, testing reconciliation functions and controls

• In charge of annual financial statements preparation, which include organising financial accountants to complete annual and interim financial statements, organising audit files, researching on accounting issues and provide recommendations on proper disclosures and treatments based on International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRSs) and relevant regulations
• Liaised with external auditors Ernst & Young on audit timeline and audit queries
• Involved in daily and monthly functional responsibility of funds’ which includes cash flow reconciliation, bank reconciliation, reviewing debtors and creditors, fund valuation, performance analysis (including funds FX and hedging positions), distribution and taxation for a range of the managed funds

• Provided auditing service on client’s financial report, budget forecasts and accounting information system
• Set up client’s financial reporting standard updated with New Zealand Equivalent of International Financial Reporting Standard
• Identified weakness on clients’ internal control and providing practical recommendations to improve clients’ overall management system
