As a caregiver i provide compassionate care and support to elderly residents, assisting them with daily activities to promote independence, comfort, and well-being.

My responsibility's in this position included.

. Assist residents with daily personal hygiene tasks

. Mobility Assistance, such as Help residents move around, including helping them get in and out of bed, using walkers or wheelchairs, and assisting with walking or physical exercises.

. Health monitoring, Observation of Health Changes and Vital Signs.

. Provide Emotional and social support

. Documentation and Reporting

worked in various wards assisting with high risk watches, moving patients to and from wards.
