I am a passionate Beginning Teacher with experience in developing and implementing diverse curriculums covering wide range of subjects. Highly skilled at motivating students through positive encouragement and affirming students backgrounds, cultures and identities. My teaching philosophy involves establishing the classroom as a community, and bringing in students' different cultures, values and experiences, in order to foster an inclusive and positive learning environment. My strengths involve building relationships with my students and the wider school community, which enables me to better learn their own individual learning needs, and cater lessons to suit these.
