• Willingness to Learn: During my work experience at James Pascoe Limited, I learnt many skills including Online Marketing, Microsoft office and learning of the internal database system.
• Resilience: During my work experience at JPL, I worked during the numerous Lockdowns / alert levels, resulting in learning Resilience through working at different days/times/shifts and losing shifts and friends from the workplace.
• Team Management: During my time at the University of Auckland I have been the leader of multiple groups of 5-7 members. During my work experience at JPL, being the most experienced casual staff member I often had to teach/lead up to 4 other casual employees.
