Summary
I started my journey in the work force at a young age, with my first job being employed as Chef at a well respected hotel. I returned to New Zealand and started my next chapter at a Food Factory in Tirau. I was promoted shortly after to a Shift Manager role after displaying excellent managerial potential. In this role I developed productive relationships with colleagues across all levels and overcame all Covid-19 challenges to maintain a continually safe environment with maximum efficiency. During my time as Shift Manager, I conducted multiple workshops, training sessions and demonstrations to new starters. Whilst my time at the factory was a growing experience, I wanted to further take the opportunity to expand on my knowledge and progress into a future skill based career, hence me joining Hausman as a Apprentice Heavy Diesel Mechanic.
