Play a role in shaping MSD's first transition state by brining together insights, expertise and perspectives from across Run Ahead Design (RAD) team. Support senior leaders with advice, facilitate complex design discussions, and help the team to move from ideas to practical scoped change.


Key contributions:

  • Contributed to the design of TS1 by helping translate insights into service experience for clients, staff and partners.
  • Led activities with the RAD team to identify and refine candidate scope items.
  • Co-developed a 90 day plan to outline a shared understanding of how we might progress thinking on execution strategies to implement waves of operational change.
