As a Client Service Manager, I provide leadership to my direct reports, foster strong relationships with staff and clients, and oversee key retail and commercial portfolios across the Auckland region. These portfolios include corporate concierge, loss prevention, retail distribution warehouses, and insurance sites.

I attend weekly and monthly security meetings with clients to ensure service expectations are consistently met and that there are no failures in service delivery. Additionally, I actively engage with onsite security supervisors and managers across various sites, offering support, training, and assistance with operational and staffing requirements.

• I manage and lead a team of 10 security officers who are on a rotational roster and are very well trained and inducted under my watch
• Every six months I conduct and provide anti-theft and shoplifting prevention sessions to all retailers for the centre to help and assist in shoplifting prevention
• At time to time I also propose and present security covert operations to help the fight against crime
• I work closely with local authorities to ensure the Centre is a safe environment for both our staff and our customers
