Summary

I am a highly motivated flexible Dental Assistant and Receptionist with a proven track record at Dentistry for Chickens. I have completed the dental modular level 3 CPR course every 2 years, I have good understanding of basic life support.

As part of my role I am required to ensure that solid infection prevention and control protocols are meticulously followed. Support practitioners through effective chairside assistance and patient management.

I am a careful record keeper and have many years experience handling sensitive patient medical health and personal information. I have a good understanding of patient confidentiality and consent.

I am also compassionate and caring, which is necessary in my role, as many of our patients come to us for dental treatment with sedation, due to having had negative dental experience - resulting in significant dental anxiety. In my experience, fear and anxiety sometimes manifests as aggression and I have become skilled in managing anxious patients in all of it's manifestations.
