After completing my 3 year Bachelor of Education degree, I have gone on to complete my 2 year teacher registration and received my official teaching qualification.

My recent experience teaching Year 6 students at St Thomas school has allowed me to provide high-quality education and support to students in their final year of primary school.

I have been responsible for creating a positive and engaging learning environment, designing and delivering stimulating lessons, and preparing students for their transition into secondary school.

I have demonstrated that I am a passionate individual with strong interpersonal skills.

Additionally, I have worked in a collaborative, modern learning environment alongside my colleagues.

My time working in the retail sector allowed me to express my interests around personal wellbeing and gain experience communicating and relating to people directly.

I began working for Mecca In the distribution center where I was picking, packing and shipping stock. I then become a retail host for the Auckland, Queen street branch where I was assisting and supporting customers with sales and purchases.

I gained my fragrance specialist qualification which allowed me to further my expertise in all things fragrance. This is an ongoing passion of mine and I loved being able to share this with customers and support them in their retail/ fragrance experience.

My roles at Mecca have allowed me to develop skills in organization, effective communication, active listening skills, problem solving, reliability, responsibility, time management and effective people skills.

Full time teaching position in a year 5/6 mixed class in a single cell classroom.

A digital/ Chromebook learning school part of the Manakalani schools cluster.

Worked as a receptionist for Beverley Hills Skin and Body - Beauty therapy clinic over their busy christmas period.

This role involved managing online booking systems, answering phones, greeting and assisting customers, selling front of house product, invoicing, processing vouchers, cleaning and sterilizing tools, etc

Over the years I have enjoyed participating in house/pet sitter positions.

This role includes maintaining houses while clients are away, as well as caring for their pets.

Looking after other peoples assets and pets requires a high degree of responsibility, care and diligence.
