I communicate well with people, whether it is by listening, verbal or digital communication, which means, I am approachable and that makes it easier to cooperate to solve issues. I am able to adapt to different situations by being perceptive which enables objectives  to materialise. I am a dependable person and this includes time management, which means being on time for work, completing a job in the allocated hours for fault finding and maintenance that also makes me a reliable part of the team. When given an opportunity to lead, I am capable of motivating and inspiring the team by ensuring they feel that their contribution is valued in order to finish the job. Displaying empathy is a strength I have always had due to my surroundings, growing up and throughout the years, I believe in emotionally and culturally supporting colleagues in order to thrive in the work environment.

The objectives is aimed at achieving the accomplishment of the company's vision, which will enable the company to obtain bigger goals. 


Outline:

We need more hands-on training for the new technicians to achieve a quality based product encouraging a well maintained artisan pride in the task we undertake. In that way we can reach the 120% of customer satisfaction if the technician take pride in their work and task presentation.
