Leah Artz

Although I do not have a lot of teaching experience, I believe that I have the right temperament and skills to excel in teacher aiding. I love making connections with people, especially the challenge of becoming someone that a child trusts. My parents are both teachers and my mother specializes in Special Needs teaching so naturally, I have been around children with varying degrees of special needs or learning difficulties. I admire what my parents do very much. I believe I am a patient and kind person who works best in one-on-one situations as that is how I did my best learning when I was in school. I am organized and can adapt well to changing situations.
