  • Mentoring and assisting homebased Educators to build their business providing quality eduction and care for children under 6 and guide them to maintain regulatory and curriculum requirements.
  • Providing administrative support to meet regulatory accountability documentation for the Ministry of Education and in house reporting.
  • Communicating frequently with families and whanau to provide feedback on learning and support and guidance for referrals to outside agencies.
  • Worked with other staff members to design comprehensive and individualised plans to optimise Educator education and delivered these in a variety of ways including running workshops.

Achievements:

  • Helped develop and refine reporting formats for accountability and record keeping.
  • Achieved ERO 3-year certification for my Ministry of Education License affirming accurate documentation and practice.
