• Marketing, recruiting and training homebased Educators to join our team.
• Mentoring and assisting homebased Educators to build their business providing quality eduction and care for children under 6 and guide them to maintain regulatory and curriculum requirements.

• Achieved ERO 3-year certification for my Ministry of Education License affirming accurate documentation and practice.
• Mentoring and retaining Educators through changing regulations and reporting requirements including ensuring they achieved a Level 4 qualification. This was achieved thorough mindful communication and support and 'going he extra mile' for individualised support.

• Assisted with the set up of a new centre and mentored junior teachers.
• Maintained full credentials and up-to-date understanding of trends in education.
• Worked cooperatively with other teachers, administrators, and parents in the effective running of the centre.

• Interviewed residents in assigned areas to explain purpose of Census, ask questions and record answers.
• Visited assigned neighbourhoods and knocked on doors to encourage participation in Census.
• Maintained and submitted records of hours worked, miles driven and expenses incurred to facilitate accurate reporting measures.
• Met with supervisor to review procedures, report issues or concerns and receive instructions.
