I'm an intuitive person with a passion for people, I'm the type of person that always gives my full effort and dedication to any task put before me. My work ethic is of an extremely high standard and is my motivation to ensure success in anything I do.   • Loading candidates for all background checks, MOJ's, Police Vetting, MOJ's, Xref and Saville Assessments
  • Weekly meetings with all team leaders, Clinic Leads and GMs on all roles and where we are with each role
  • Extend all verbal offers
  • Once verbal offers have been accepted if it is internal staff, I will request an LOO & IEA to be drawn up by our HR Administrator, if it is one of our psychologist contactors, I draw up the ICA and send them all our on boarding documents
  • Once all documents have been received, I let the Clinical Leads and Managers know and training is booked
  • Process the placement via SnapHire and email all managers and IT to let them know off the new hire.

    • I get new requests to hire via our internal system called YODA, once they have been signed off and approved by all Snr management
    • Designing/creating job specs for Hiring Managers, once approved I load them on various websites and job portholes like SEEK, TradeMe, Trade Jobs NZ, LinkedIn
    • Phone screening candidates then send the phone screening notes and CV's to hiring managers
    • Screening CV's and searching for suitable candidates who have not applied directly via SEEK, LinkedIn and other social media
    • Sending all the onboarding document to the candidates and following up on them and open new employee files
    • Loading candidates for MOJ's and Xrefs
    • Updating the HR/Recruitment job sheet with what is happing on each role and sending that to Head Office in Australia on a Friday
    • Designing all internal adverts and email updated list ever week on new internal roles
    • When I started, they were loading our Internal job adverts onto our Career page, I have arranged to have our careers page integrate with our recruitment system
    • They never used to load their roles on LinkedIn, I have started doing that
    • I extend offers verbally and then request our HR Administrator to draw up the offers and contracts (IEA or ICA) then I email them to the candidates
    • If our HR Administrator is away or on leave, I draw up the offer & contracts
    • I send all the onboarding documents to the candidate before they start and put all signed documents in to their files before handing over to the People, Culture and Wellbeing team
    • Achievements: I upgraded and organised to have our internal recruitment systems integrated with our careers page on our website
    • In less than 6 months I have halved the recruitment time to hire
    • I have implemented a new recruitment process which has made a huge difference for our Hiring Managers
    • Reason for leaving: This is a contract role, with no guarantee of going permanent and secured a permanent role at ProCare.
