Purpose of the project-This project delivered a CRM, leveraging Salesforce to create a centralised hub for accessing information about our partners and stakeholders, providing a comprehensive view of interactions and data within the organisation.

  • Responsible for the finance tracking (including preparing the forecasting and managing contract resource extensions) for 5 months prior to the appointment of a Project Manager.
  • Manage all iProc acquisitions (raising PO’s and reconciliations), travel arrangement, catering, updating actuals to the finance tracker, weekly team reminders and notices, maintain the shared team calendar and email, maintain project Atamai page (intranet project page) and maintaining document management.
  • Participated in the development of our Business Case and ensured its approval through the Stage gate approval process.
  • Supported the Initiation, Plan and Design Phases of the Project including Governance setup and review, a Cost Benefit Analysis and High-level project approach.
  • Worked closely with Project Manager in refining the project approach, project roadmaps, monitoring of key deliverables and preparing related documents.
  • Supported in the Request for Proposal (RFP) process for Licensing contract and Implementation Partner, including reference checking process and composing the Partner Statement of Work and approval process.
  • Managed successful onboarding our external vendor using the Kāinga Ora People Leader Checklist. This included the Citrix setup, induction to Kāinga Ora values, vision, roles and responsibilities, declarations, policies, technology, and support applications.
  • Manage the onboarding of new team members.
  • Worked closely with the Agile Scrum Master in setup of Agile practices, ceremonies and communicating clear sprint objectives and goals to the team.
  • Resource Management in sentient- setup of project team for the life of the project. Ongoing monthly validation of resourcing hours in sentient.
  • Preparation and reviewing of Steering Group packs.
  • Minute taking for Delivery Working Group, SME Working Group and Steering Group. Liasing with EA’s for Senior Leadership Team to ensure quorum and approvals.
  • Manage the RAID register, including consolidating Working Groups, Team, and Steering Group actions.
  • Maintain register with new risks and issues, escalating where required.
  • Support the Change Workstream to setup and review of training collateral and communications to stakeholders.
