Hobbies and Interests

I have currently found interests in volunteering for events, which helps me to boost my confidence. In my free-time I am also keeping myself active whether it's going to the gym, runs or a friendly game of touch with friends/family. I believe keeping myself active will help with stress and keep my mental health at ease. I also like to read and learn new things that I haven’t learnt yet.
