  • Develop, implement and regularly update risk management systems which identify major property risks including asset liability (WHS) fire safety and essential services, environment
  • Develop a detailed risk management strategy which includes seeking indemnities through documentation from subcontractor's e.g: cleaning, security, air conditioning and structural engineering
  • Conduct regular inspection of the property to identify risk areas and address within a timely manner
  • Ensure the property accounting team arrange for the proper receipt, handling and prompt disbursement of all funds and manage the records and accounts of the property in accordance with the relevant approved standards
  • Collect all moneys owed to Client(s) in a timely manner, and
  • Arrange for approved letters to be issued to the tenants and instigate debt recovery as per Client(s) instructions
  • Provide monthly reports for the property as noted in the Management Agreement to the format and timetable advised by the Client
