Ex Team Leader at Napier Check Point, C3 Ltd, where I led teams to organise streamlined tasks in forestry logistics ie; measuring, grading of forestry wood in preparation for storage pre-transport via vessel. Prioritised fostering a safety focused team whilst meeting and exceeding all monthly KPIs and fostering a sense of culture and teamwork within the unit.

Demonstrated initiative and adaptability by successfully overseeing full 24-hour shift operations solo, excelling in a role beyond formal qualifications and initial expectations of me.

  • Section commander of the UBRE section that specialised in moving fuel in 4,000ltr mobile tankers. Whilst training soldiers to provide fuel in hostile tactical situations, wearing full body armour, ammunition and firearms in all weather conditions.
  • Trained to provide fuel to military outputs. Assembling 90,000ltr grounded fuel tanks and operating/repairing mobile fuel tankers.
  • Maintained a safe working environment by enforcing strict adherence to safety guidelines and protocols and constant training in first responder firefighting, extensive military combat first aid courses, confined space entry and gas testing certification.
  • As a section commander I also handled day to day affairs for all my soldiers including physical training for fitness tests, personal admin being up to date and checking up on their personal welfare.
