During my working life so far, I have taken on a number of leadership roles from a relatively young age. I have learnt how to get the best out of those around me as I relate well to people, no matter what the situation or the position they may hold. I am also not afraid to make tough calls when necessary. No matter what role I am in, whether it is a leadership role or being led, I always give 100%. I believe this comes from my younger years where I really enjoyed team environments and giving everything, I had to whatever I was doing. Because I have stepped outside of my comfort zone on numerous occasions over the years, I have the confidence to deal with new situations as they arise and I am fit and ready to take on any challenge thrown at me.
