Promoted to supervisor, where I took on responsibility for managing my own team and designated field. In this role, I coordinated daily tasks, monitored team performance, and ensured a safe and efficient workflow. Responsible for training new team members, addressing field challenges promptly, and upholding safety and quality protocols, I developed strong leadership and organizational skills.
