Provide comprehensive, compassionate care for a disabled client during night shifts (8 PM to 8 AM), ensuring safety and comfort throughout the night. Responsibilities include assisting with mobility, including lifting and transferring a 50kg client, as well as driving, cooking, and performing household tasks. I am on call to respond to any needs, even while resting, ensuring immediate support as needed. Worked as a fruit picker and field worker, gaining practical agricultural experience while maintaining productivity and quality standards. Promoted to supervisor, where I took on responsibility for managing my own team and designated field. In this role, I coordinated daily tasks, monitored team performance, and ensured a safe and efficient workflow. Responsible for training new team members, addressing field challenges promptly, and upholding safety and quality protocols, I developed strong leadership and organizational skills. This experience enhanced my ability to lead effectively, solve problems on the spot, and maintain high levels of responsibility in a physically demanding environment.
