Buyer:

• Placing orders goods and services based on the organization's needs.
• Monitoring inventory level to ensure that the organization has an adequate supply of goods while minimizing excess inventory.
• Ensuring phurchase good are moving and that the organitions needs
• Monitor order good will arrive on time
• Maintaning relationship with supplier to ensure a realible supply chain and resolve sny issues that may arise.
• Ensure the stocks delivered to warehouse will process on system in order to add the inventory level on system and double check if it match the goods system vs actual receive by watehouse based on purchased order receipt.

• TOM staff:
• Ensure that all customers order will process/ invoice on time and will give to warehouse in order to pick and deliver on time.
• Ensure all the backload of customers will process in system in order to add in the inventory and will monitor all the reason of customers return.
