Lilly O'Malley

In 2026 i am attending Victoria University, i will be completing a BSC with a double major in earth science and environmental science. I believe our natural world is the key to creating a better world for not just our generation but the generations to come.

I strongly believe that individuality is essential in creating a kind, open, and supportive community. Everyone brings their own perspectives, experiences, and ideas, and I value environments where people feel comfortable being themselves and sharing those differences. Kindness and open-mindedness are values I actively try to lead with, as I believe they are the foundation of growth, and positive change.

This is why I love working in roles that allow me to meet new people, as I enjoy learning from others and growing as an individual through shared experiences. I am a people person who enjoys a challenge and takes pride in contributing positively to a team. I take my work seriously, am able to use my own initiative, and am always willing to ask for help when needed.
