  • Enhanced overall student satisfaction by providing one on one exceptional customer service and guidance throughout the admissions process, students remain with me throughout the whole process and have my email address and work number.
  • Working along side our finance team to verify student's finances and confirm their successful enrolment once they arrive on campus.

    -When a student wishes to pay one year fees upfront for a program that is 1.5
    years or longer as opposed to paying the entire program's fees this means that
    they will be required to pay the next years fees (student levy, tuition and insurance
    prices increase per year) as well as complete the entire student visa process again
    which means having to pay hundreds, potentially thousands of dollars for the visa application and
    a visa immigration advisor, while they're actively studying. I advise the student of
    this, and all their options then issue the corresponding offer including the invoice.
  • Creating relationships with immigration advisor agencies and working one on one with them
    and the students they send to us.
  • Issuing of receipts and creating of Offers of Place and Statement of fees.
  • Assisting students with queries regarding fees and insurance policies.
  • Maintained accurate records of all applicant information, ensuring efficient communication between various departments within the institution and ensuring information is input into our student data base accurately for auditors. Departments including: Academic Faculty, enrolments team, Student support services, Administrative support services, Program coordinators and more.
  • Providing alternatives programs for students who do not meet the standard entry
    requirements or are unable to afford the standard prices and organizing a plan for them to
    be able to study their desired program eventually. This includes advising students about
    cheaper alternatives within our institute.
  • Calculation of re-enrolment fees for our returning students, this is done on a case-by-
    case basis and needs to be tailored to the specific student.
  • Calculations of fee quotes for our general English Language students, this involves calculation of student levy, insurance, tuition and accommodation to dates and duration specific to the students needs and advising them of the best course of action.
  • Verifying of IELTS and PTE test
  • Assisting with detailed excel reporting of newly enrolled students and their corresponding immigration agent to ensure the agency receives their commission. The amount of commission issued is dependent on the program, the tuition the student has paid, duration of the program, whether the student is new or re-enrolling.
