Over past 27 years I have been fortunate enough to be part of a bus industry starting out as a driver and have worked my way through opportunities arising in the office serving on the counter ensuring the running of the business meets contractual needs by the council and business, along with being a bus allocator as well as depot scheduler rostering Annual leave to drivers and building rosters in Austrix to also being involved as a Operations controller over these past 4 years has been most rewarding in keeping the business running smoothly.

Operations Controller.
- Assisting on road drivers with breakdowns, emergency calls, general on road information.
- Covering AT service trips when unknown on road incidents or accidents, and breakdowns to bus services occur.
- Communication with mechanics from all North Island region to problem solve issues arising from breakdown or accidents and save trips being cancelled.
- Communicating to depots in North Island regions to assist with coverage of services in time performance running of trips.
- Reporting to the Regional Operations controller Manager Daily.
- Investigate trips not registering/missing on AT command centre Auckland.
- Investigate trips Wellington - Horizon., Tauranga/Hamilton not registering/Missing on Dynamis.
- Experience with bus allocations at Swanson depots working with work shop ensuring buses required for maintenance work came back at certain times.
- Have had knowledge of Rostering Annual leaves in depot’s when scheduling was done in house at Swanson depot.
- Good area Knowledge of Auckland, Tauranga, Wellington.
- Experienced in the bus industry for 27years knowledge.
