Summary

I completed my Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Fr Muller College of Nursing, Mangalore, India, in 2007 and am working towards my Post Graduate Certificate in Health Sciences (Advanced Clinical Nusring). During my academic journey, I gained comprehensive knowledge in various nursing disciplines, such as medical-surgical, obstetrics and gynaecology, mental health, paediatric and geriatric care. My clinical rotations across the hospital have equipped me with hands-on experience in delivering compassionate care, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and managing patient records. During my clinical placements, I developed critical thinking skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure. I have been a nurse since 2007, and my clinical experience is extensive. In June 2022, an out of work accident resulted in a significant injury to my right tibia. The recovery from this injury meant I was unable to work for many months. I completed a return to work programme from February 2023, that enabled me to return to my full time senior nursing position on WD 12. A month later I was seconded to my present role as a Structural Heart CNS.
