· Day- to -day cleaning and maintenance of all guest accommodations as instructed – both front and back of house. Detailed deep cleaning of all areas as required.
· Working within the housekeeping team while demonstrating the property’s aspiration to deliver friendly and personable service with attention to detail.
· Fully conversant with the day-to-day running and the daily procedures and tasks required to ensure consistency and compliance with operational standards and procedures.
· Assist in monthly stock-takes for room amenities, linen and equipment
· Assist in submitting reports on time, including end of shift comments, room and guest reports.
· Participate in cross-training across all departments.
· Maintaining absolute privacy of all members, guests and owners of the property.
· Providing executive support including calendar management, support for committees/meetings/forums, event planning and logistics and project support
· Managing all incoming queries to the Executive office from initial enquiry to completion, proactively identifying potential issues and using judgment to refer significant/complex matters to the appropriate Executive team.
· Writing briefs and reports and preparing presentations for senior stakeholders
· Building and maintaining positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
· Monitoring, coordinating and completion of compliance requirements to ensure legislative and regulatory requirements are met across the country
· Excellent planning and organizational skills, with ability to manage numerous tasks and projects at one time while meeting deadlines in a high-performing environment
· Maintain discretion and sensitivity of confidential information
· Responsible or ensuring all business and boat license are renewed on time, including land lease for Resorts.
