I am a year 13 student at Queen's Highschool. As deputy head girl I play an active role in the school community as I am also a peer support leader, and part of the formal committee. This leadership role helped develop my organisational and time-management skills. It helped me improve my performance under pressure while remaining calm. I also participate in many extra curricular activities such as tennis, badminton, and debating. This enhanced my communication skills and ability to work in a team. I am a leader at the Interact group, as well as Christian group- meaning I have gained insight regarding different communities and societal issues. My leadership in the World Vision 40 Hour challenge and experience as the SVA ambassador for 2024 has also taught me how to utilise important resources such as time and contacts to achieve a specific role.
