I am passionate about data and thrive on the opportunity to develop and learn with each new challenge. In my current role at NZ Panels Group, I have seen exceptional growth, particularly through the complexities of managing over 12,000 SKUs across diverse product ranges like benchtops, stone, and sinks. The dynamic nature of our operations and the challenges posed by events such as COVID and unexpected cash flow controls have been pivotal in my development. I relish the challenge in even the most routine tasks, and my role has afforded me the chance to travel and renegotiate supplier agreements both internationally and domestically. I have learned the most during times of crisis and value the fantastic support system within my team that fosters collective growth and success.
