

After completing a four year carpentry apprenticeship at 21 years old, in 2011, I left New Zealand on an overseas adventure. Since then I have spent several years in Italy and Switzerland learning about the culture there, mostly around animal husbandry and cheese making. I returned to NZ several times and took part in commercial beekeeping over different NZ summers. I have developed quite a unique practical skill set in this time, pride myself on being a hard worker in both team and solo environments, enjoy keeping fit and learning new skills. In the last few years since coming home from Australia in 2020, I have worked on small scale organic market garden farms and been part of the vineyard team at one of NZ most renowned vineyards.
