My role at Diligent revolves around retention of my current pool of clients, which is around 250. We are also responsible for expansion sales by finding out how our extensive range of functions can best serve our client as they start to look more towards ESG and governance practices. Due to this role my time management skills are very good allowing for me to prioritise important tasks as well as be there for all of my clients as they need. I am a very effective communicator no matter what the situation in order to get the best result for the client and ensuring they are always happy and well looked after. My clients currently range in size from $10,000 per annum to $900,000 per annum as well as country of origin, from Papa New Guinea, Australia and New Zealand. This has given me a unique insight into the different cultures and internal workings of business’ from all around the APAC region.

Hobbies and interests

I am an avid rugby player, i have captained my rugby team for the last year years. My other hobbies include being in the gym and looking after my dogs. Traveling has always been a passion of mine and i do just that whenever i can get the opportunity.

I also support various charities throughout the year and have helped fundraise for a campaign to build wells in Nepal.
