

I am a highly motivated, ambitious and hard working individual who has recently moved to the United Kingdom from New Zealand on a Youth Mobility Scheme Visa. I spent the last 4 years working as a hotel duty manager in Wellington. Through this role I obtained an LCQ managers certificate, allowing me to perform duties as a manager of an establishment with a liquor licence in New Zealand. I was first introduced into the hospitality industry when I worked as a receptionist for another hotel based in Wellington. Prior to this, I worked in a retail and customer service role as a grocery assistant at a supermarket chain while I studied. Throughout my previous employment roles, I have developed extensive customer service experience at retail, administrative and managerial levels. I am constantly looking to add to and further enhance the skillset I have, and am eager to begin my journey on the other side of the world.
