Louis Woolfrey

I'm currently attending Wintec taking my first year of culinary arts. We have been learning many things such as cooking fundamentals, food safety, nutrition, patisserie and health and safety at the moment we are learning skills on how to work front of house and how to work in a commercial kitchen by serving real customers in our on campus restaurant. We are also currently learning complex hot kitchen. Currently I am working at Cambridge McDonald's I have been their for about a year I'm very capable in all parts of the restaurant, from making coffees to serving customers and preparing food and drinks. I have always wanted to work in the hospitality industry and always shown a keen interest in cooking and mixology, and I am seeking to move into a more professional work environment where I can truly put my love for cooking and food to use, and where I can work with a team that shares that same passion with me.
