I have been in construction field for 4 years (3 years as a employee and 1 year as a business owner). It is pretty interesting that I have got a feeling that employers are never satisfied with their employees and employees are never happy about their company. According to other employers it is pretty difficult to find and hire employees not only in Dunedin but all over New Zealand. In the meantime social media shows that immigration construction workers are struggling to find a satisfied work, which is a contradiction.

Being equipped with basic skills of how to conduct a research after I completed my Level 8 diploma in management, I am ready to enroll this program in Otago University （master of commerce in management） and I am really looking forward to making a contribution to solving this issue in this industry of New Zealand.
