Throughout my teenage years, I have worked in cafes and restaurants, thriving in the fast paced customer focused environments. I have learned a variety of roles including kitchen hand, waiter, and latterly commis chef for one of NZs top restaurants. At the same time, I achieved excellent results in my secondary education. I have worked for the past year to save money so I can work in the UK and pursue a broader career in hospitality and hotel management.
