  • Quick learning and Adaptability: I began my employment at Sharrock Racing as a track rider/ stable hand I was quickly promoted to Foreman I adapted and implemented strategies to excel the existing standards This caused my employer to have great trust in my abilities and adaptability to understand systems and requirements swiftly This resulted in my employer increasing my responsibilities thus allowing him to focus on other responsibilities without concern of those under my supervision
