Within my position at JB Morrison I completed a variety of administrative and support tasks, this included however was not limited to - Reception Duties, Phone & Email correspondence, Client Care, Creating Client Files, Drafting Engagement Letters & Terms, Maintaining Kitchens, Stationary and Supplies across multiple floors, Data Entry, Onboarding Clients, Postage Requests and much more.
I enjoyed my time within this position, However I felt I am more capable then what was available within this role. I strive to push myself daily and provide the best administrative support hence why i chose to move on from this position in hopes of securing a role that enhances my skill set.
Within my position at NPD I completed a variety of tasks.
This was my entry level position to the Administrative Sector after completing my course in Business Admin & Technology.
Tasks I completed in this position included the full responsibility of the Reception area being the sole receiver of all incoming calls from self-serve sites and general customers, being responsible for the info email which at times could be influenced with hundreds of emails after a long weekend, being the face for all customers coming to the head office, completing all the ordering for supplies, being accountable for all inward and outward postage, ensuring the CEO's office was clean and equipped for client meetings and board meetings, daily data entry, reconciliation's and much more.
I thoroughly enjoyed my position with NPD.
My reasoning for leaving was due to my want to experience an environment outside of Nelson. If i didn't want that personal growth then I 100% would still be in this position today. This was the most supportive work environment i have been in to date, who were also extremely supportive of my move to Wellington, I very much hope to find myself in a position like this here.
In this Role I worked as a Senior Part-timer.
I worked at Cotton On Kids throughout my time studying.
In this role i was front facing customer service opening and closing the store, reconciling the tills, taking payments, stock takes, merchandising and most importantly providing the best level of customer service and care.
I left this position as i headed into Full-time work and no longer had the capacity to maintain this position.
In this Role I worked as a Customer Service Representative.
The tasks i completed in this position included Merchandising, Customer Support, Email & Phone Correspondence, Opening Customer Accounts, Discussing Customer Contracts, Call Centre and Handling Payments.
I thoroughly enjoyed my time here however i went back to commence study in another field and there wasn't part time availability therefore i was unable to continue within this position,
