As a bartender at the busiest beach club on the Gold Coast, I excelled in high-volume bar service, crafted signature cocktails, and played a key role in training and integrating new staff, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer experiences.

As Head Bartender, I was responsible for training and hiring new staff, conducting stock takes, managing orders, crafting cocktails, and enhancing the menu. I ensured all operations met license requirements and maintained a high standard of service, while leading a team to deliver exceptional experiences.

As a freelance bartender, I worked on weddings, birthdays, and corporate events, handling 50-80 events per summer. I was responsible for preparing everything—from collecting alcohol, glasses, and garnishes to managing the setup. This role taught me how to effectively communicate with a wide range of clients and adapt to diverse event settings.

At a high-energy summer resort focused on parties, I worked at one of the busiest bars I've ever experienced. Within three months, I advanced to the role of assistant to the head bartender. By season's end, I was responsible for closing the bar and cashing out the venue.

I began my career at a busy nightclub in Lithuania, initially working as a barback. After a month, I transitioned to bartender, eager to learn and improve. Through dedication and continuous skill development, I progressed towards a head bartender role, honing leadership and bar management expertise.
