Motivated and resourceful early career professional, with 5 months as a Policy Advisor at the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment, and three years experience working with New Zealand businesses on international trade and domestic policy issues at the Wellington Chamber of Commerce and Business Central. I have a double major in Economics and International Business, working proficiency in Mandarin Chinese, and experience of living in Asian cultures.
I am committed to helping New Zealand based and international organisations harness opportunities and deliver greater value, drawing on my experience of working with government and business. My time working as a Policy Advisor within central government has been incredibly beneficial to my personal development thus far. Building familiarity with the machinery of government and further developing my understanding of effective policy work has been very valuable. Combining this with three years of working directly with New Zealand companies across a number of concurrent roles in the Chamber and Business NZ context, I am now keen to further hone my policy skills within the Critical Supply Chains team.
