My time working as a Policy Advisor within central government has been incredibly beneficial to my personal development thus far. Building familiarity with the machinery of government and further developing my understanding of effective policy work has been very valuable. Combining this with three years of working directly with New Zealand companies across a number of concurrent roles in the Chamber and Business NZ context, I am now keen to further hone my policy skills within the Critical Supply Chains team.
