  • Managing my own caseload, from lodgement to claim close, I liaise with customers, rural commercial and personal. Managing salvage and repair, marine and motor assessor, third party's, third party insurers and refer investigations where required and liaise with the investigator assigned. I always keep the Tower mission states in mind to ensure i am keeping our customers as our compass and doing whats right.

Claims Consultant - Fast Track Motor Team

  • When i was employed in August of 2022, i was dedicated to the Claims consultant - Fast track motor team.
  • My role was to manage smaller and simpler claims, single vehicle accidents, accidents involving insured third party's, locks, keys and windscreens.
  • I have then progressed from this role in my first 12months with Tower to the core motor team on a 3month secondment to assist reducing the volume of total loss claims and support them in reducing their case loads.
  • My first month of above secondment was extended to 6 months as we were so successful reducing this volume and my contribution was greatly valued,
  • At around 3months into the secondment, i was made permanent and i discussed the idea of a dedicated total loss team to my direct team leader who encouraged my thinking and advised me that upper management are also already considering this same idea. I have a strong driver to be further more proactive for our customers and case load management.
